摘要
修建于20世纪的引沁灌区受技术经济条件限制,按水利、煤矿兼顾原则布置灌区输配水工程。随着灌区干渠附近煤矿采空区引起的干渠地基变形、结构毁坏、内水向外渗漏等问题不断突现,如何解决这些煤矿次生灾害问题就变得日益迫切。文章借鉴了南水北调干渠应对煤矿采空区的思路和经验,结合灌区渠道多年来变形、破坏、渗漏情况,根据灌区周边地形、地质条件,提出了原位治理和线路迁移两种治理方案。
YinheRiver Basin irrigation district,built in the last century,is limited by technical and economic conditions,and the water distribution project is arranged according to the principle of taking into account both water conservancy and coal mine.With the problems of foundation deformation,structure destruction and internal water leakage caused by the coal mine goaf near the main canal in the irrigation area,how to solve these secondary disasters in coal mines has become increasingly urgent.This paper draws on the thinking and experience of the main canal of the South-to-North Water diversion project to deal with the coal mine goaf,and combines the deformation,damage,and leakage of the irrigation canal over the years.This paper puts forward two treatment schemes of in-situ treatment and line migration according to the deformation,damage and leakage of the canal in the irrigation area for many years.
