摘要
某水库工程任务以农业灌溉为主,兼顾防洪、生态等综合利用。在某水库除险加固工程建设中,从工程总体布局、布置到建筑物设计、工程施工等各方面均贯彻“节能、生态、高效、经济”的设计理念,在设计方案选择、设备及材料选取时充分考虑了节能、生态环保要求。以减少能源转换过程中的能源损耗及降低能耗为原则,达到提高工程效益的目的,符合国家、行业和地方节能设计的要求。
The primary objective of a reservoir project is agricultural irrigation,taking into account the comprehensive utilization of flood control and ecology.The design concept of"energy saving,ecological sustainability,high efficiency and cost-effectiveness"is implemented throughout the entire reservoir reinforcement project,encompassing the overall layout and arrangement as well as the building design and engineering construction.The selection of design schemes,equipment,and materials are selected with full consideration of energy-saving and ecological environmental protection,in order to reduce energy consumption during the process of energy conversion and prioritize reducing overall energy usage.The purpose of improving project efficiency is achieved.The requirements of national,industrial and local energy-saving design are met.
