新型冠状病毒感染康复者恢复期血浆采集与制备的研究进展

Research progress on collection and preparation of convalescent plasma from recovered patients with coronavirus disease 2019

新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)是由严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)引发的急性呼吸系统疾病,具有很强的传染性。COVID-19爆发伊始,临床就通过输注COVID-19康复者恢复期血浆(CCP)治疗COVID-19并沿用至今,CCP的采集和输注因此一度成为输血领域的研究热点。笔者就CCP捐献者的招募、SARS-CoV-2实验室筛查、CCP采集和制备及输注疗效的研究进展进行综述,以期为高效招募CCP捐献者,成功采集和制备CCP提供参考。

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is an acute respiratory disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2),which is highly contagious.At the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak,COVID-19 convalescent plasma(CCP)has been used to treat COVID-19 and continues to be used today.The collection and transfusion of CCP has become a hot research topic in the field of blood transfusion.This article reviews research progress on the recruitment of CCP donors,laboratory screening for SARS-CoV-2,collection and preparation of CCP,therapeutic efficacy of CCP,with the aim of providing a reference for efficiently recruiting CCP donors,successfully collecting and preparing CCP.
