基于风险的检验技术在乙烯装置中的应用

摘要 乙烯装置是石油化工行业中的典型装置,整体安全风险高,易存在安全隐患。基于风险的检验技术能够有效发现乙烯装置各设备中存在的安全隐患,提高检测效率。采用基于风险的检验技术对某石化公司的乙烯装置进行风险评估和隐患排查。根据风险评估结果,对该装置内的压力容器和压力管道风险等级及损伤机理进行了分析。该结果可为制定检验策略,预防和降低化工装置的风险级别提供参考。 Ethylene plant was a typical unit in the petrochemical industry,with high overall safety risks and potential safety hazards.Risk based inspection techniques could effectively identify safety hazards in various equipment of ethylene plants and improve detection efficiency.Risk based inspection techniques had been adopted to conduct risk assessment and hazard investigation on the ethylene plant of a petrochemical company.According to the risk assessment results,the risk level and damage mechanism of the pressure vessels and pressure pipelines inside the device had been analyzed and determined.This result could provide reference for formulating inspection strategies,preventing and reducing the risk level of chemical equipment.
