新疆旅游经济韧性特征与空间差异研究

Tourism Economic Resilience and Spatial Divergence in Xinjiang

提升旅游经济韧性对增强新疆旅游经济的抗风险能力、促进新疆各地(州、市)旅游经济的均衡发展具有重要的意义。文章基于新疆各地(州、市)2019年和2023年的旅游接待人次和旅游收入数据,测算新疆各地(州、市)2023年的旅游经济韧性,进一步分析旅游经济韧性空间差异的特征。研究发现:(1)新疆各地(州、市)的旅游经济韧性值介于-0.86与5.80之间,呈现波动上升趋势,但与西北地区其他省份对比,新疆旅游经济韧性的整体表现较低;(2)新疆各地(州、市)旅游经济韧性空间存在明显差异,呈现“南高北低,西高东低”的空间分布特征。因此,文章提出加强政策保障,坚持技术引领;优化旅游空间格局,构建旅游合作网络的建议。

Developing economic resilience in tourism is critical for enhancing the anti-risk ability of tourism in Xinjiang and promoting the balanced development of the tourism economy at a prefecture and city level.Based on the data of monthly tourism receptions and tourism income in 2019 and 2023,this paper calculates the tourism economic resilience of Xinjiang in 2023 and analyzes the spatial difference characteristics of tourism economic resilience.The study finds:(1)The tourism economic resilience values of various prefectures and cities in Xinjiang are between-0.86 and 5.80,showing a fluctuating upward trend.However,when compared to other provinces in the northwestern region,the overall performance of Xinjiang's tourism economic resilience indicators is low.(2)There are obvious differences in the spatial distribution of tourism economic resilience at the prefecture and city level,showing the spatial distribution characteristics that are high westward and low eastward,high southward,and low northward.Based on this,this article offers implications on optimizing the spatial pattern of tourism and building a tourism cooperation network.
