旅游研究中SOR理论的溯源、应用及展望

摘要 现阶段,旅游领域在SOR理论的应用中取得了一定的成果。文章以旅游领域中的SOR理论为基础,深入剖析其理论溯源、研究主题、维度辨析及方法应用,以期厘清旅游研究中SOR理论的应用现状和不足之处并提出研究展望。研究发现:SOR理论的发展演变经历了SR理论、SOR模型等的演变,最终形成了成熟的SOR理论。SOR理论在心理学、环境学和行为学等方面的应用相对广泛。SOR理论在旅游领域中的研究主题主要集中在不同主体的态度及行为、旅游网络营销研究、旅游目的地品牌及形象研究等方面。在旅游领域研究的SOR维度中,刺激维度由外部环境扩展到内部、外部环境等要素,机体维度由情绪拓展到认知、情感、知觉及态度等要素,反应维度由趋近、躲避行为拓展到各种意愿、行为等方面。此外,SOR理论在旅游研究中的方法包括定性方法、定量方法及混合方法。最后,从理论审视、维度辨析、多方法应用及动态测度等方面提出了研究展望,旨在为旅游研究中SOR理论的深化应用提供参考。 At present,SOR theory application in the field of tourism has achieved several results.Based on SOR theory in the field of tourism research,this study provides an in-depth analysis of its theoretical origin,research themes,dimensional analysis,and methodological application.Additionally,the study aims to clarify the current situation,shortcomings,and future research prospects of SOR theory in tourism research.It is found that the development and evolution of SOR theory have gone through an evolutionary lineage of SR theory,the SOR model,etc.,and finally SOR theory in maturity.The application of SOR theory in psychology,environmental science,behavioral science,etc.is relatively wide.Research topics of SOR theory in the field of tourism are mainly focused on the attitudes and behaviors of different subjects,tourism network marketing,and tourism destination brand and image.Among the SOR dimensions studied in the field of tourism,the stimulus dimension is expanded from the external environment to the internal and external environment and other elements;the organism dimension is expanded from emotion to cognition,emotion,perception,attitude,and other elements;and the response dimension is expanded from the tendency and avoidance behaviors to a variety of wills and behaviors and other aspects.In addition,the methods of SOR theory in tourism research include qualitative methods,quantitative methods,and mixed methods.
