摘要
为探究不同比例混合饲料粉尘燃爆特性,首先将玉米粉、玉米秸秆粉按照不同比例混合,得到3种样品。然后,利用20 L球形爆炸测试系统和哈特曼管,对混合样品最小点火能(MIE)、粉尘云爆炸下限浓度(MEC)、最大爆炸压力(P_(ex))和爆炸指数(K_(st))等参数进行测试。最后,利用同步热分析仪分析比较不同比例混合饲料的热解特性。研究结果表明:玉米粉、玉米秸秆粉混合样品中,当二者混合比例为3∶2(玉米粉∶玉米秸秆粉)时,失重速率更大,同时在热解过程中会释放更多热量;二者混合比例为1∶1时,MIE,MEC值较高,P_(ex)值较大,危险性和破坏性较大。研究结果可为混合饲料加工防爆提供参考。
In order to explore the combustion and explosion characteristics of mixed feed dust with different proportions,a 20 L spherical explosion test system and a Hartmann tube were used to test the minimum ignition energy(MIE),minimum explosive concentration of dust cloud(MEC),maximum explosive pressure(P_(ex))and explosion index(K_(st))of corn powder,corn straw powder and three samples mixed with different proportions.The pyrolysis characteristics of mixed feed with different proportions were analyzed and compared by the synchronous thermal analyzer.The results show that when the mixing proportion is 3∶2,the weight loss rate is higher,and more heat is released during the pyrolysis process.When the mixing proportion is 1∶1,the MIE and MEC values are higher,the P_(ex) value is the largest,and the hazard and destructive power are greater.The research results can provide reference for the explosion-proof of mixed feed processing.
