福州住宅小区海绵城市建设过程存在问题与对策探析

Exploration of Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction Process of Sponge City in Fuzhou Residential Communities

随着海绵城市建设持续推进,各类项目越来越多。建设水平在不断提升的同时,暴露出较多的问题。通过项目回访实地调查等,探索总结福州市已建住宅小区海绵城市建设状况,分析建设海绵城市中在技术文件、产业配套、市场、设计、施工以及运维管理上存在的问题,同时提出相应的解决措施,以期为住宅小区海绵城市建设提供一定参考。

With the continuous development of sponge city construction,there are more and more projects appeared,While the construction level is continuously improved.The problems are exposed as well,We explore and summarize the construction status of sponge city in existing residential communities in Fuzhou according to the project return visit and field investigation.We analyze the problems existing in technical documents,industrial supporting facilities,market,design,construction and operation and maintenance management in the construction of sponge city.And we put forward the corresponding solutions to provide a certain reference for the construction of sponge city residential district.
