摘要
装配式钢结构农宅结构体系具有强度高、延性好、抗震性能优良、构件轻便、易于运输等优点,围护墙板具有轻质、保温隔音好等优点,很适合在农村大力发展。为此,首先从天水农村人口占比和城镇化率、抗震设防标准和农宅抗震设防现状、建筑气候区划和冬季采暖现状,分析了天水乡村发展装配式钢结构农宅的必要性;其次从国家发展装配式钢结构建筑的政策导向、钢铁产业和钢结构产业发展情况、装配式钢结构建筑在国内农村的应用现状和经济性,分析了天水乡村发展装配式钢结构农宅的可行性,而后分析探讨了适用于乡村农宅的钢结构结构体系和可用于其的围护墙板、楼地面及屋盖板。研究发现,装配式钢结构农宅很适合用于天水地区乡村振兴的农宅建设中。
The prefabricated steel structure rural residential,its structure system has advantages such as high strength,good ductility,excellent seismic performance,lightweight components,and easy transportation,its enclosure wallboard has advantages such as lightweight,good insulation and sound insulation,and it is very suitable for vigorous development in rural areas.The article first analyzes the necessity of developing prefabricated steel structure rural houses in Tianshui from the proportion of rural population and urbanization rate,seismic fortification standards and the current situation of seismic fortification for rural houses,building climate zoning and winter heating status,Secondly,analyzes the feasibility of developing prefabricated steel structure rural houses in Tianshui from the policy orientation of national development of prefabricated steel structure buildings,the development of steel industry and steel structure industry,the application status of prefabricated steel structure buildings in rural areas in China and economy,and then analyzes and discusses the steel structure system suitable for rural rural houses and the surrounding wall panels,floor slabs,and roof slabs that can be used for them.It has been found in research that prefabricated steel structure farmhouses are very suitable for rural revitalization in Tianshui area.
