摘要
为了更好对框架-核心筒受力结构进行设计,以福州某酒店项目为例进行研究和分析。在梳理应用案例概况和抗震要求的基础上,对框架-核心筒主楼和裙房的结构设计要点进行分析;结合相关的规范要求,对装配式构件设计、大跨度预应力结构优化设计和外框架设计三个关键环节进行设计,梳理设计要点。研究表明,框架-核心筒结构设计方案满足业主对建筑功能的设计要求,设计方案具有经济性和安全性。
In order to better design the frame core tube stress structure,a case study and analysis were conducted on a hotel project in Fuzhou.On the basis of introducing the overview of application cases and seismic requirements,the structural design points of the frame core tube main building and podium are analyzed.Based on relevant regulatory requirements,design the three key links of prefabricated component design,large-span prestressed structure optimization design,and external frame design,and sort out the design points.Research has shown that the framework core tube structure design scheme meets the owner's design requirements for building functionality,and the design scheme is economical and safe.
