摘要
以地铁车站施工大口径排水管迁改实际工程为案例,针对不同现状实际情况,探索总结出“侧式接驳”“垂直接驳”“井内接驳”“浅埋接驳”4种接驳工艺。侧式接驳和垂直接驳由于均需新建顶管接收井,在工程造价和施工难度上相当,但垂直接驳对施工精度控制要求更高;浅埋接驳主要应用于现状地质条件差的雨水管迁改接驳施工,工程造价上最高;井内接驳通过利用现状井完成排水导通和顶管接收,在工程造价上和施工难度上均最小。4种接驳工艺均能实现大口径排水管迁改接驳施工中,对现状管网运行影响最小。在实际工程中,应结合具体情况进行综合比选,以选择最优的接驳工艺。
Four kinds of connection methods between the reconstruction drainage pipelines and the original pipelines named"side connection","vertical connection","inner bypass pipe connection"and"outer bypass pipe connection"were summarized based on analyzing several cases of large diameter drainage pipelines reconstruction on metro station construction.The cost and difficulty of side connection were compared to vertical connection because both of them need building a new arriving shaft.Meanwhile,the requirement of construction precision of vertical connection was higher than side connection.The outer bypass pipe connection was mainly used for connecting of rainwater pipelines reconstruction of jacking technique under poor geology condition.Comparatively,inner bypass pipe connection cost the least and constructed the simplest due to the operation of water drainage flowing and jacking arriving completed in the original jacking shaft.Four kinds of connection methods could minimize the impact to original water drainage system during the reconstruction of drainage pipelines and the optimum connection method was chosen to apply decided by concrete analysis of actual situations.
