甜水堡煤矿泥化顶板迎采巷道分段加固技术

摘要 为了解决甜水堡煤矿1309回风巷迎采掘进过程中应力复杂、泥化顶板支护困难等问题,采用现场观测和数值模拟的方法,分析了巷道掘进过程中“采-掘”应力场演化特征,确定了工作面动压影响范围为60~-150 m,根据采掘阶段巷道应力环境的变化情况,将巷道分为巷道已掘段、实体煤掘进阶段、采掘动力影响阶段、压力稳定段4个不同的动压影响阶段。依据1309回风巷支护方案,提出了采用高应力锚索为主的分段动态加固技术。现场实践证明,采用该技术后巷道围岩变形得到良好的控制,保障了巷道安全稳定。 In order to tackle the intricate stress and challenging support of muddy roof issues encountered during the excavation of the 1309 return airway in Tianshuibao coal mine,a combined methodology of field observation and numerical simulation was employed to unravel the progressive characteristics of the"mining-excavation"stress field throughout the mining process.It was determined that the dynamic pressure influence range of the working face extended from 60 m to-150 m.By considering the variations in stress environment throughout different stages of excavation,the roadway was subdivided into four distinct stages of dynamic pressure influence:the already excavated section stage,solid coal excavation stage,mining dynamic impact stage,and pressure stabilization stage.Building upon the support plan for the 1309 return airway,a segmented dynamic reinforcement technique was proposed,primarily relying on the use of high-stress anchor cables.Field implementation of this technique has demonstrated its effectiveness in controlling the deformation of surrounding rocks in the roadway,thereby ensuring its safety and stability.
