底板灰岩定向钻孔高效钻进技术实践

摘要 针对新安煤矿底板灰岩定向钻孔采用常规滑动定向钻进工艺施工钻效低的问题,提出了应用复合定向钻进技术和减阻加压定向钻进技术来提高钻效的试验方案,分析了复合定向钻进技术原理和优缺点,介绍了水力振荡器和水力加压器,根据工具的技术特点制定了钻具组合方案。利用该技术在新安矿15150工作面下部底板巷底板奥灰探查治理工程中进行了应用试验,其中,1^(#)孔在390~501 m孔段试验了复合定向钻进技术,综合钻效为16.6 m/小班,较常规滑动定向钻进工艺时钻效提高46%;2^(#)孔在387~510 m孔段试验了减阻加压定向钻进技术,综合钻效为17.6 m/小班,较常规滑动定向钻进工艺时钻效提高了39%,为矿方底板灰岩探查治理提速增效提供了可行的技术支撑。 Aiming at the problem of low drilling efficiency of conventional sliding directional drilling technology in directional drilling borehole of limestone floor in Xin′an coal mine,an experimental scheme for improving drilling efficiency by using compound directional drilling technology and drag reduction and pressure directional drilling technology was proposed.It has analyzed the principle,advantages and disadvantages of compound directional drilling technology,and introduced the hydraulic oscillator and hydraulic pressurizer,a drilling tool combination scheme is developed based on the technical characteristics of the tool.The application test of this technology in ordovician limestone exploration and control project of lower floor roadway in 15150 working face of Xin′an coal mine,the compound directional drilling technology was tested in 390-501 m section of No.1 hole,the comprehensive drilling efficiency is 16.6 m/shift,the drilling efficiency is increased by 46%compared with the conventional sliding directional drilling technology.The drag reduction and pressure directional drilling technology was tested in 387-510 m section of No.2 hole,the comprehensive drilling efficiency is17.6 m/shift,the drilling efficiency is increased by 46%compared with the conventional sliding directional drilling technology.It provides feasible technical support for improving the speed and efficiency of exploration and treatment of floor limestone in mining area.
