采空区自燃“三带”模拟系统开发研究

摘要 为揭示采空区内氧浓度分布规律,有效划分采空区自燃“三带”,开发了采空区自燃“三带”模拟系统。首先依据质量守恒定律、热传学理论建立采空区氧气场、温度场离散化耦合模型;其次采用Twinbasic开发工具设计了基于VB语言的采空区自燃“三带”模拟系统,以开滦唐山矿Y251工作面采空区为工程背景,利用开发的采空区自燃“三带”模拟系统研究“三带”分布规律。研究结果表明:系统输出氧浓度分布符合氧气在采空区运移规律,回风侧氧化带宽度67~166 m;束管监测Y251工作面氧化带宽度58~180 m,采空区自燃“三带”模拟系统计算精度较高,综合实测与模拟结果可将Y251工作面采空区氧化带划定为63~173 m。 To reveal the distribution pattern of oxygen concentration in goaf and effectively divide the"three zones"of goaf spontaneous combustion,a simulation system for the"three zones"of goaf spontaneous combustion has been developed.Firstly,based on the law of conservation of mass and the theory of heat transfer,a discrete coupling model of oxygen and temperature fields in the goaf was established.Secondly,a"three zones"simulation system for goaf spontaneous combustion was designed using the Twinbasic development tool using VB language.Taking the goaf of Y251 working face of Tangshan mine in Kailuan as the engineering background,the"three zones"simulation system for goaf spontaneous combustion was developed to study the distribution law of the"three zones".The research results indicate that the distribution of oxygen concentration output by the system conforms to the migration law of oxygen in the goaf,and the width of the oxidation zone on the return air side is 67-166 m;The width of the oxidation zone in the Y251 working face monitored by the bundle tube is 58-180 m.The calculation accuracy of the"three zones"simulation system for spontaneous combustion in the goaf is high.Based on the comprehensive measurement and simulation results,the oxidation zone range in the goaf of Y251 working face can be designated as 63-173 m.
