摘要
为切实加强矿井主提升系统可靠性,结合高庄煤业公司现场实际情况,从人、机2个方面着手,在原提升系统安全保护基础上,提出绞车运行期间减速区段速度优化理念,研究设计出极限过卷、箕斗运行监测、人员警惕保护装置,最后对所设计的保护装置进行性能和功能测试。结果表明,减速区段的速度优化及3项保护装置的投入,可有效对提升系统运行状态进行实时监测,有效地保障了矿井提升系统的安全可靠运行。
In order to effectively strengthen the reliability of the main hoisting system of the mine,combined with the actual situation of Gaozhuang coal industry co.,ltd.,from the two aspects of human and machine,on the basis of the safety protection of the original hoisting system,the speed optimization concept of the deceleration section during the operation of the winch is put forward,and the limit overwinding,skip operation monitoring and personnel vigilance protection device are studied and designed.Finally,the performance and function of the designed protection device are tested.The results show that the speed optimization of the deceleration section and the input of the three protection devices can effectively monitor the operation state of the hoisting system in real time,which greatly ensures the safe and reliable operation of the mine hoisting system.
