摘要
地铁隧道盾构及TBM法施工,常用两种方式过站:掘进过站或步进过站,后者需在车站主体结构与底板完成后,再施作混凝土导台,车站主体结构与底板完工是盾构机或者TBM过站的必要条件;但车站开挖支护、结构工程量相对较大,地铁建设环境复杂、干扰因素多,往往由于征地、拆迁等原因导致实际开工时间滞后计划工期,导致盾构机或者TBM长时间停工,等待过站进而影响整体工期。以青岛地铁4号线为工程背景,对双护盾TBM过站方案进行优化分析,采用车站下拉中槽单导台双机过站方式,解决了车站工期滞后TBM无法及时过站问题;增加后续TBM施工竖井,解决了过站后TBM掘进与车站施工相互干扰问题,显著缩短了工期、提升了经济效益和社会效益,可供类似工程借鉴。
For subway tunnel shield machine and TBM construction,two methods are usually used to pass through the station:one is to bore through the station and the other is to step through the station.The latter shall be constructed as concrete guide platform after the completion of main structure and base plate of the station.The completion of the main structure and base plate of the station is a necessary condition for the shield machine or TBM to pass through the station.However,due to the relatively substantial volumes of excavation support works and structural engineering at the station,the complex construction environment of the metro,the multitude of interfering factors,as well as the delay in the actual commencement of construction compared to the planned schedule resulting from reasons like land acquisition and demolition,the shield machine or TBM has been idle for an extensive period,awaiting the passage of the station and thereby affecting the overall project schedule.Taking Qingdao Metro Line 4 as the project background,the double shield TBM transit scheme is studied and optimized.By adopting the way of pulling down the middle slot,single guide platform for double TBMs passing through the station,the problem that the TBM can′t pass through the station in time due to the delay of the station′s construction period is solved;by adding the TBM construction shaft,the interference between the TBM driving and the station′s construction after passing through the station is solved,the construction period is significantly shortened,the economic and social benefits are improved,which can be used for reference by similar projects.
