焦炉自动测温技术优化与改造

摘要 针对以往焦炉采用传统的人工测量直行温度调节烟道吸力和煤气流量过程中存在的调节反馈滞后、焦炭质量不稳定、能源浪费等焦炉管理问题,巴彦淖尔公司焦化厂应用焦炉温度自动测量及自动控制系统,实现更精细的焦炉生产过程控制,提升产品质量和产量;实现全自动焦炉加热控制,提高高向均匀性和横排均匀性,焦饼上下温差控制在50℃以下。 In order to solve the coke oven management problems such as lagging regulation feedback,unsta⁃ble coke quality and energy waste in traditional flue suction and gas flow adjustment process based on manu⁃al measurement of longitudinal temperature,the Coking Plant of Bayannur Company applies an automatic coke oven temperature measurement and control system to achieve more precise coke oven production process control,improve product quality and output,realize fully automatic heating control for coke ovens,enhance vertical and horizontal uniformity,and limit the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the coke cake within 50℃.
