休宁小阜脉石英矿杂质特征及其用作高纯石英原料的潜力

Impurity Characteristics of Xiuning Xiaofu Vein Quartz Ore and Its Potential as A High-purity Quartz Raw Material

摘要 青阳—休宁地区广泛出露大量的岩浆岩,为脉石英的形成提供了大量的物质来源,是安徽省脉石英矿床主要的分布地区之一,但该地区脉石英作为高纯石英原料研究程度较低,一定程度上制约了该区高纯石英原料的质量评价和进一步的地质找矿突破。本文针对休宁小阜脉石英矿床,通过光学显微镜观察了脉石英的结构特征,采用X射线衍射分析确定了主要的脉石矿物,利用透反射显微镜和激光拉曼分析确定了包裹体类型和成分,采用ICP-MS对原矿进行了主量及微量元素分析,获得脉石英的矿物学特征及杂质元素的种类、含量,根据杂质不同的赋存状态,开展了加工提纯实验。经提纯后,休宁小阜脉石英SiO2品位可达99.9972%,达到了高纯石英原料品质指标要求,对于评价安徽省青阳—休宁地区脉石英作为高纯石英原料具有一定的参考意义。 A large amount of magmatic rocks are widely exposed in the Qingyang Xiuning area,providing a significant material source for the formation of vein quartz.It is one of the main distribution areas of vein quartz deposits in Anhui Province.However,the research level of vein quartz as a high-purity quartz raw material in this area is relatively low,which to some extent restricts the quality evaluation of high-purity quartz raw materials and further geological exploration breakthroughs in the area.This article focuses on the Xiuning Xiaofu vein quartz deposit,observing the structural characteristics of vein quartz through optical microscopy,determining the main vein minerals through X-ray diffraction analysis,determining the type and composition of inclusions through transmission reflection microscopy and laser Raman analysis,analyzing the main and trace elements of the original ore using ICP-MS,obtaining the mineralogical characteristics of vein quartz and the types and contents of impurity elements.Processing and purification experiments were carried out based on the different occurrence states of impurities.After purification,the SiO2 grade of Xiuning Xiaofu vein quartz can reach 99.9972%,meeting the quality requirements of high-purity quartz raw materials.This has certain reference significance for evaluating vein quartz in the Qingyang Xiuning area of Anhui Province as a high-purity quartz raw material.
