摘要
莱钢两座1880m^(3)高炉原设计的热风炉冷却水量已不能满足高炉现阶段冷却需要,热风阀破损数量增多,影响到高炉的正常生产和运行效率;通过对炉体冷却系统改造,优化了热风炉冷却水系统,增加了热风阀水量、提高了水压,强化冷却后收到了良好效果,确保了高炉的稳定运行。
The cooling water volume of the previously designed hot blast stoves of two 1880 m^(3) blast furnaces in Laiwu Steel Co.,Ltd.can no longer meet the cooling needs of the blast furnace at this stage,and the number of damaging hot blast valve increases,which affects the normal production and operation efficiency of the blast furnace.Through the transformation of the furnace cooling system,the cooling water system of the hot blast furnace was optimized,the water volume of the hot blast valve was increased,and the water pressure was increased.After the cooling was strengthened,good results were achieved and the stable operation of the blast furnace was ensured.
