烟气连续监测系统在加热炉的运用探讨

摘要 描述了烟气连续监测系统在加热炉上的综合运用。为实现加热炉烟气中气态污染物(SO_(2)、NO_(X)、O_(2))和颗粒物浓度,温度、压力、流量和湿度等参数在操作台上在线监测,通过在烟气分析室内新增S7-300PLC系统建立通讯,实现烟气连续监测数据实时传输至上位机,在加热炉燃烧系统新增画面上显示及智能预警、报警,实现与加热炉的工艺燃烧的联锁控制。 This paper describes the comprehensive application of flue gas continuous monitoring system in heating furnace.In order to realize the online monitoring of gaseous pollutants(SO_(2),NO_(X),O_(2))and particulate matter concentration,temperature,pressure,flow rate and humidity in the flue gas of the heating furnace on the operating table,a new S7-300 PLC system is added to the flue gas analysis room to establish communication.As a result,the real-time transmission of flue gas continuous monitoring data to the host computer is realized,and displaying,intelligent early warning and alarming on the new-added screen of the heating furnace combustion system are realized,so as to realize the interlocking control with the process combustion of the heating furnace.
