针对4号板坯连铸机经长期运行,设备老化,精度降低,部分功能丧失问题,采取了结晶器调宽改造,扇形段支撑结构调整,扇形段精度提高等措施,使连铸机综合性能得到很大提升,设备精度满足了生产要求,故障率下降,产品质量得到保证。
