“岗课赛证”综合育人背景下高职学前教育学融通课程开发研究

Research on the Development of Integrated Curriculum of Preschool Pedagogy in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Comprehensive Education through"Position-Course-Competition-Certification"

摘要 “岗课赛证”综合育人是职业院校新型教学模式之一,能够更好地满足职业院校学生的培养需求,更符合新质生产力对人才高质量的要求。学前教育学课程作为高职学前教育专业的一门专业基础课,在“岗课赛证”融通背景下需坚持思政育人、能力发展为目标,“以岗定课”重构教学内容、“以赛促能”优化课程实施、“以证设标”完善课程评价,从而更好地培养学生的综合素质,提升高职学生就业竞争力。 "Position-Course-Competition-Certification comprehensive education has become one of the new teaching modes in vocational colleges,which can better meet the training needs of vocational college students and meet the requirements of new quality productivity for high quality talents.As a fundamental course in preschool education for higher vocational education,the preschool education curriculum under this model should focus on ideological and political education and skill development.The approach involves tailoring course content to job requirements("Position-Course"),enhancing course implementation through competitions("Competition-Skill"),and improving course evaluation with certification standards("Certification-Standard").This integrated model aims to better develop students'comprehensive qualities and enhance their employment competitiveness.
