摘要
城市道路承担着城市千家万户的生活与理想,道路照明工程更是人民的守护者,在“双碳”目标的召唤下,城市道路照明既要追求亮度,更要追求绿色与节能。项目团队以H区三种典型快速路路段照明工程为例,深入探讨了在项目移交技术资料不完善时,介入第三方检测机构照明科学检测与实验室测试技术作为评价方法,来校核项目移交指标的准确性问题。值得一提的是,项目组提出了一种创新的评价技术思路,巧妙地将灯具性能与现场应用参数作为关键因子,将现场检测与实验室检测、灯具模拟计算数据三位一体校对。针对三种道路横断面进行实证,有效解决绿色节能照明中节能量不准确、数据缺乏公信力的问题。保证了项目在移交过程中的公正性、权威性和科学性。通过第三方检测工作的介入使得“双碳”节能工作更加真实、可靠地推行,让政府的政策方针深得民众的信服。力求通过本项目的技术路径为其他类似项目提供一种高效、准确、合理可行之方法。
Urban roads bear the lives and ideals of thousands of households in the city.Road lighting projects are even more the guardians of the people.Under the call of the“dual carbon”goals,urban road lighting should not only pursue brightness,but also pursue greenness and energy conservation.The project team took the lighting projects of three typical expressway sections in District H as examples,and deeply discussed the issue of involving the lighting scientific testing and laboratory testing technology of a third-party testing agency as an evaluation method to verify the accuracy of the project handover indicators when the technical data of the project handover was not perfect.In particular,it is worth mentioning that the project team proposed an innovative evaluation technical idea,cleverly taking the performance of lamps and on-site application parameters as key factors,and cross-checking the on-site testing,laboratory testing,and simulation calculation data as a trinity.Empirical studies were conducted for three types of road cross-sections,effectively addressing the problems of inaccurate energy savings and lack of credibility of data in green and energy-saving lighting.It ensured the fairness,authority and scientific nature of the project during the handover process.The involvement of third-party testing work made the“dual carbon”energy-saving work more truly and reliably implemented,making the government’s policies and guidelines more convincing to the public.We strive to provide an efficient,accurate,reasonable and feasible method for other similar projects through the technical path of this project.
