分布式光伏背景下直流路灯建设方案研究

摘要 分布式光伏系统的直流微电网是新能源综合利用的典型形式之一,分布式光伏与路灯组成的直流系统具有高可靠性、高效率、节能、易维护、造价低等特点,是解决传统交流供电路灯供电半径长、能效低、易漏电、供电走廊紧张、分布式电源消纳困难的重要手段。本文对分布式光伏背景下直流供电路灯系统的发展背景进行了介绍,重点论述了直流路灯的技术优势;总结了直流路灯的定义和体系架构;对关键技术中电压选择与确定、典型拓扑及接线形式、接地方式进行了综述;提出了直流路灯在储能、分布式光伏、电动汽车充电桩等场景应用模式,并结合案例对经济效益、节能减排效益、社会效益进行了分析;最后对我国分布式光伏背景下直流供电路灯的发展提出了几点建议和展望。本文致力于验证分布式光伏背景下直流供电路灯技术在安全性、稳定性、可靠性和经济性等方面的应用价值,供设计人员参考。 The DC micro grid of the distributed photovoltaic system is one of the typical forms of comprehensive utilization of new energy.The DC system composed of distributed photovoltaic and street lamps has the characteristics of high reliability,high efficiency,energy saving,easy maintenance,and low cost.It is an important means to solve the problems of long power supply radius,low energy efficiency,easy leakage,tight power supply corridors,and difficult consumption of distributed power sources of a traditional AC-powered street lights.This paper introduces the development background of the DC-powered street lamp system in the context of distributed photovoltaic,focusing on the technical advantages of DC street lamps;summarizes the definition and system architecture of DC street lamps;reviews the voltage selection and determination,typical topology and wiring forms,and grounding methods in key technologies;proposes the the application modes of DC street lights in scenarios such as energy storage,distributed PV,and electric vehicle charging piles,and analyzes the economic benefits,energy saving and emission reduction benefits,and social benefits in combination with cases;Finally,some suggestions and prospects for the development of DC-powered street lamps in the context of distributed photovoltaic in China are put forward.This article is dedicated to verifying the application value of DC-powered street lamp technology in the context of distributed photovoltaic in terms of security,stability,reliability and economy,for the references of designers.
