基于西南雷达拼图的航路叠加绘制系统关键技术及其实现

摘要 为了满足空管部门提出的将天气信息与航路信息融合的需求,减轻强对流天气发生时管制运行人员的资料查询负担,文章利用C#图像处理技术,搭建了一套叠加西南地区重要航路数据及西南雷达拼图生成融合雷达图形产品的系统,并阐明了航路提取、图像叠加绘制、实时监控西南雷达拼图更新情况、用户界面实现等关键技术。 In order to meet the demand of the air traffic control department to integrate weather information and route information,and reduce the burden of data query for control operators when severe convective weather occurs,this paper uses C#image processing technology to build a system that superimposes important route data in Southwest region with southwest radar mosaic to generate fusion radar graphic products.Key technologies such as route extraction,image superposition drawing,real-time monitoring of southwest radar mosaic updates,and user interface implementation are also explained.
