退伍复学大学生心理健康教育分析研究

随着我国“中国梦”“强军梦”的不断践行,部队征兵兵员的主体正逐步向高校大学生转变,随之而来的是退伍复学大学生人数不断增加。由于从校园进入部队,再由部队回归到校园,在这个过程当中发生了明显的环境变化和角色转变,因此帮助退伍大学生顺利的完成角色转换、进而快速融入校园生活逐渐成为了一个亟待解决的现实问题,也给高校教育和学生工作提出了新的挑战。此外,做好退伍复学大学生的心理健康教育工作,也是高校人才培养和德育工作的必然要求。文章对退伍大学生心理问题研究现状进行了分析,指出了常见的心理问题及产生原因,并给出了相应对策,有助于推动高校不断完善心理健康教育体系和人才培养模式,帮助退伍复学大学生尽快完成角色身份转变,对国防教育的开展和征兵宣传工作具有重要意义。

Doing a good job in psychological health education for demobilized college student soldiers returning to school is an inevitable requirement for talent cultivation and moral education in universities.The article analyzes the current research status,existing psychological problems,and causes of psychological problems among demobilized college student soldiers,and provides corresponding countermeasures,which will help promote the continuous improvement of talent training models and mental health education in universities,promote the integration of retired college students into university life as soon as possible,and promote the development of national defense education,encouraging more outstanding students to join the military and serve the country.
