生物安全实验室分为四级安全防护等级,其中生物安全一级实验室和生物安全二级实验室为基础实验室,不可进行高致病性病原微生物操作。农业领域内生物安全二级实验室使用最为频繁,非高致病性病原微生物极易被忽略而成为实验室的生物安全隐患。本文对农业生物安全二级实验室现状进行分析,探讨如何更好地开展实验室生物安全管理,筑牢实验室生物安全屏障。

Laboratory biosafety is important for agricultural research.Biosafety level-2 laboratory is suitable for experiments involving microbial agents of moderate pathogenicity to personnel and environment,which is most frequently used in the field of agriculture.Non-highly pathogenic microorganisms are easy to be ignored and become a potential biosafety hazard in the laboratory.This paper analyzed the current situations of agricultural biosafety laboratory management and discussed how to better carry out laboratory biosafety management,eliminate hidden dangers to the greatest extent and ensure laboratory biosafety.
