The people-centered grassroots social governance ideology originates from the Marxist materialist conception of history and the grassroots social governance ideology of classic Marxist writers,which inherits the excellent traditional Chinese culture and roots in the practical need of promoting grassroots social governance by relying on the people.It is a new measure taken by CPC during the critical period of contradiction transformation,which complies with historical laws,to take the initiative,to bravely shoulder historical missions,and to unite the magnificent strength of the grassroots.In addition,it is a scientific practice to resolve complex grassroots social contradictions in the new era,to win the support of the people,and to construct a high-quality grassroots social governance pattern.
