新时代乡村幼儿园教师职业认同的调查研究——以吕梁市为例

摘要 提升乡村幼儿园教师职业认同是建设新时代高质量学前教育体系的前提,是通过教育实现乡村振兴的关键之一。以吕梁市29所乡村幼儿园教师为研究对象,采用问卷调查和半结构访谈的方法,调查乡村幼儿园教师职业认同的总体情况,研究发现,乡村幼儿园教师在情绪情感、职业投入、胜任情况方面认同程度较高,在职业目标、持续投入方面的认同程度较低。基于此,应完善乡村幼儿园教师社会支持体系,提升乡村幼儿园教师的社会认可度,强化乡村幼儿园教师乡土意识等有针对性的建议。 Improving the professional identity of rural kindergarten teachers is the prerequisite for building a high-quality preschool education system in the new era and one of the keys to rural revitalization through education.Taking 29 rural kindergarten teachers in Lyuliang City as the research objects,questionnaire and semi-structured interview were used to investigate the general situation of professional identity of rural kindergarten teachers.The study found that rural kindergarten teachers have a higher degree of recognition in terms of emotion,professional investment and competence,and a low degree of recognition in terms of career goals and continuous investment.Based on this,we should improve the social support system of rural kindergarten teachers,enhance their social recognition,and strengthen their local awareness.
