新时代背景下大学生综合评价体系改革探析

An Analysis of the Reform of the Comprehensive Evaluation System for College Students in the New Era

大学生综合评价随着历史变迁而不断变化,每个时期都有其特定的侧重点和期待。在新时代背景下,构建科学的新时代大学生综合评价体系已成为当前亟待解决的任务。当前大学生综合评价改革面临评价内容“单一化”、评价标准“麦当劳化”、评价方式“单向化”、信息平台“孤岛化”四重困境。以“立德树人”为根本点,“全面发展”为出发点,“两个服务”为落脚点,新时代大学生综合评价改革的行动路径应当是:科学设计指标体系,以促进学生德智体美劳全面发展;切实实施“一院一策”,以助推学生专业核心素养培养;全面加强评价互动,以充分发挥评价过程的育人功能;有效开发评价信息平台,以提高信息收集和数据分析的效能。

The comprehensive evaluation of college students evolves with historical changes,and each period has its own specific focus and expectations.In the context of the new era,the construction of a scientific comprehensive evaluation system for college students in the new era has become an urgent task to be solved.At present,the reform of the comprehensive evaluation of college students is faced with four dilemmas:“simplification” of evaluation content,“McDonaldization” of evaluation criteria,“one-way” evaluation method,and “islandization” of information platforms.With “moral education” as the fundamental point,“all-round development” as the starting point,and “two services” as the foothold,the action path for the reform of the comprehensive evaluation of college students in the new era should be:scientifically designing the index system to promote the all-round development of students' morality,intelligence,physical fitness,art and labor;earnestly implementing the “one college,one policy” to promote the cultivation of students' core professional literacy;comprehensively strengthening the interaction of evaluation to give full play to the educational function of the evaluation process;and developing an evaluation information platform to improve the efficiency of information collection and data analysis.
