河南省平台经济发展问题及对策研究

Study on the Issues and Countermeasures of the Development of Platform Economy in Henan Province

以互联网平台为主要载体、以数据为关键生产要素的平台经济,在我国经济社会发展全局中的地位和作用日益突显。平台经济正深刻改变河南省经济社会发展的各个领域,然而其平台经济在发展过程中仍存在平台与传统产业融合不充分、本土龙头平台企业偏少偏小、平台经济人才短缺、平台经济政策体系有待完善、平台监管机制弹性不足等问题。针对这些问题,结合河南省省情,提出了对策,以助力河南省平台经济有序、创新发展。

With internet platform as the main carrier and data as the key production factor,platform economy plays an increasingly prominent role in the development of China's economy.Platform economy is profoundly changing various economic and social fields in Henan Province.However,issues such as insufficient integration of platform and traditional industries;small number and size of local leading platform enterprises;shortage of talents with insufficient guarantee mechanism;backward policy system;lacking supervision mechanism are presented in the development of platform economy in Henan Province.This paper aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the existing issues,and explore the path of orderly competition and innovative development of platform economy in the situation of Henan province.It is of great significance to continuously promote the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure,vigorously develop platform economy,sharing economy and digital economy,and achieve the g oal of overtaking and lane changing.
