超声辅助溶剂提取锦灯笼宿萼总黄酮工艺的研究

摘要 锦灯笼宿萼富含多种生物活性成分,为了高效、充分提取锦灯笼宿萼总黄酮,以锦灯笼宿萼为原料,采用超声波辅助乙醇溶剂提取总黄酮,探讨超声波功率、提取温度、超声时间、乙醇体积分数及料液比对总黄酮得率的影响,并在单因素试验基础上采用L16(45)正交试验进一步优化提取工艺参数。结果表明,锦灯笼宿萼总黄酮提取的最佳工艺为:超声波功率180 W,提取温度60℃,用60%乙醇溶液按料液比1∶20(g/mL)浸泡锦灯笼宿萼粉末24 h后,超声提取50 min。在此条件下,锦灯笼宿萼总黄酮得率为2.982%。该工艺简单,制备成本低,便于工业化生产,有助于锦灯笼资源的综合利用和开发。 The calyx of Physalis alkekengi is rich in various bioactive components.In this study,ultrasonic assisted ethanol solvent was used to extract the total flavonoids using calyx of Physalis alkekengi as materials,and the effects of ultrasonic power,extraction temperature,ultrasonic time,ethanol volume fraction and solid-liquid ratio on the yields of total flavonoids were investigated,then the L16(45)orthogonal test was used to further optimize the extraction parameters on the basis of single factor experiments,in order to efficiently and fully extract the total flavonoids.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was determined as follows:ultrasonic power of 180 W,extraction temperature of 60℃,60%ethanol solution soaked for 24 h with solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20(g/mL),and ultrasonic time of 50 min.Under these conditions,the yield of total flavonoids was 2.982%.The process in this paper is simple with low preparation cost,which is convenient for industrial production and helpful to the comprehensive utilization and development for calyx of Physalis alkekengi.
