某集装箱涂层失效原因分析

摘要 对某批集装箱涂层腐蚀失效情况进行了现场考察,在现场对涂层进行了附着力测试,在实验室中对涂层成膜物质类型、涂层化学结构、涂层元素含量、涂层中的水溶性离子含量、涂层pH值进行了检测分析,讨论了涂层失效的机理和原因。结果表明集装箱可能受氢氟酸腐蚀,氢氟酸穿透并破坏了涂层结构,导致集装箱涂层大面积起泡、开裂、脱落。 An on-site inspection was conducted on the coating failure of certain containers.The adhesion test of the coating was conducted on site.The chemical structure of the coating,the type of coatingfilm-forming substances,the element content of the coating,the water-soluble ions in the coating,and the pH value of the coating were analyzed in the laboratory.The mechanism and reasons for the coating failure were discussed.The results show that the container may be corroded by hydrofluoric acid.The hydrofluoric acid penetrates and destroys the coating structure,causing the blistering,cracking and shedding of the container coating.
