摘要
对昆钢1号高炉中修开炉快速达产进行了总结。开炉前精心准备提高烘炉和检漏效率,精准配料造酸性炉渣,合理分段装开炉料;开炉时定风速快速加风,采用氧枪开炉配合铁口喷吹提高炉缸热量和精准计算出好首次铁;开炉后合理控制开风口速度、启用加湿快速降硅、稳定低碱度R2≤1.11倍等措施加快炉况恢复,采用单铁口出铁和控制合理出铁间隔时间保证炉前工作安全有序开展。高炉未使用锰矿开炉,送风11 h出铁且渣铁分离良好,36 h 4 min开始喷煤,2天内降硅至1.0%左右,第3日产量达6505 t、利用系数2.60 t/(m^(3)·d)。
This paper summarized the rapid production of KISC No.1 blast furnace after middle repair.Before the furnace is opened,careful preparation is made to improve the efficiency of oven drying and leak detection,accurate ingredients are made into acid slag,and the furnace burden is opened in reasonable sections.When the furnace is opened,the air is quickly added to the target value at a fixed wind speed.The oxygen lance opening technology combined with the iron port injection method is used to quickly increase the heat of the hearth and accurately calculate the amount of iron generated in the hearth,so as to ensure the good iron output of the first furnace.After the furnace is opened,the speed of the tuyere is reasonably controlled,the humidification is enabled to quickly reduce the silicon,and the alkalinity is stabilized to be less than 1.11 times,so as to speed up the recovery of the furnace condition.At the same time,the single iron outlet is used to control the reasonable interval time to ensure the safe and orderly development of the work in front of the furnace.The blast furnace did not use manganese ore to open,air supply 11 h iron and slag iron separation was good,coal injection began 36 h 4 min,silicon reduction to about 1.0%within 2 days,the third day output reached 6505 t,utilization coefficient 2.60 t/(m^(3).d).
