摘要
马钢2500 m^(3)高炉开炉后,先后出现了不同程度的炉况波动乃至失常问题,产能和指标难以大幅突破。通过探索,技术团队逐步转变固有操作理念,主动适应外部原燃料条件;纠正在风量使用和高钛铁水上的认识误区,保持鼓风动能在130~135 kJ/s,铁水[Ti]控制在0.080%以下,[Ti]+[Si]控制在0.45%-0.55%左右;以炉缸状态指导高炉“攻、守”平衡。在炉缸状况出现下滑时,适当退守,加强原燃料的质量管理,以渣铁处理为工作重心;在炉缸状态回升过程中,把握机遇快速调整上部料制,让高炉以最快速度进入到预期的状态,进行强化冶炼;形成了一套上部制度调整方法,以控制中心加焦量来调节、稳定中心气流,以边缘矿焦负荷、平台角度、料线来控制边缘气流强弱,形成稳定的两道气流分布。凭此顺利渡过了一系列外围不利因素影响,维持了炉况的稳定顺行,取得较好的技术经济指标。
After the 25o0 m'blast furnace of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.was opened,the furnace condition fluctua-ted or even became abnormal to varying degrees,and the productivity and indicators were difficult to break through significantly.Through exploration,the technical team gradually transforms their inherent operational concepts and actively adapts to external raw material and fuel conditions;Correct misconceptions regarding the use of air volume and high titanium iron,maintain the blowing kinetic energy at 130~135 kJ/s,control the iron[Ti]below 0.080%,and control the[Ti]+[Si]around 0.45%~0.55%;Guide the balance of attack and defense in the blast furnace based on the state of the furnace hearth.When there is a decline in the condition of the furnace,it is necessary to retreat appropriately,strengthen the quality management of raw materials,and prioritize the treatment of slag and iron;During the recovery process of the furnace hearth,seize the opportunity to quickly adjust the upper material system,so that the blast furnace can enter the expected state as quickly as possible and strengthen smelting;A set of upper system adjustment methods has been formed to regulate and stabilize the central airflow by controlling the amount of coke added to the center,and to control the strength of the edge airflow by controlling the edge ore coke load,platform angle,and material line,forming a stable distribution of two airflow channels.With this,we have successfully overcome a series of peripheral adverse factors,maintained stable and smooth furnace conditions,and achieved good technical and economic indicators.
