炉顶均压煤气回收系统在武钢大型高炉的运用

摘要 本文详细阐述了7号高炉均压煤气回收系统设计特点、工艺流程和运行效果。对炉顶料罐煤气排放回收时间进行了精确计算,为煤气回收按照时间模式运行提供了依据,与不回收相比只增加了8.9 s的上料时间;回收煤气净化部分对洗涤塔的工作原理进行了详细介绍,回收过程中不会对煤气管网造成压力波动,并实现了洗涤水循环利用;该均压煤气回收系统煤气回收率达到76%,平均每天可回收的煤气量达66858 Nm^(3),每年回收煤气折算标准煤量为3052 t,并减少粉尘排放约237 t。 This article provides a detailed description of the design characteristics,process flow,and operational ef-fectiveness of the top equalizing gas recovery system for the No.7 BF.The precise calculation of the gas discharge and recovery time of the feed tub on top of furnace provides a basis for the gas recovery to operate in a time mode,which only increases the feeding time by 8.9 seconds compared to no recovery;the article also introduces the work-ing principle of the washing tower as part of top equalizing gas recovery system at length.During the recovery process,there will be no pressure fluctuations in the gas pipeline network,and the washing water recycling has been achieved.The recovery rate of the equalizing gas has reached up to 76%,with an average daily recoverable gas vol-ume of 66858 Nm^(3).The converted standard coal volume for gas recovery is 3052 tons and dust emissions are re-duced by approximately 237 tons per year.
