基于部分能量耦合线圈的无线能量与信号同步传输方法研究

摘要 针对无线电能传输系统中能量发送端与接收端进行全双工通信的需求,提出一种基于部分能量耦合线圈的无线能量与信号同步传输方法。利用能量耦合线圈的内侧和外侧部分线圈分别作为信号正反向传输耦合机构,并在信号接收回路中采用LC并联支路抑制同侧信号载波的串扰。通过构建系统模型,分析能量传输与信号传输的增益以及系统传输干扰,得到系统参数对传输特性影响规律。为提高信号传输增益以及减小信号正反向传输之间的串扰,优化了耦合机构线圈布置方案。最后,搭建了传输功率为20 W的无线能量与信号全双工同步传输平台,实验结果表明,在电能传输不受影响的同时,实现了正向传输速率200 kbps、反向传输速率400 kbps的信号全双工同步传输,验证了所提方法的可靠性和有效性。 Aiming at the need of full-duplex communication between power transmitting side and receiving side of the wireless power transfer system,a simultaneous wireless power and data transfer method based on partial power coupling coil was proposed.In this method,the inner and outer part coils of power coupling coil were used as data forward and reverse transfer coupling mechanism respectively,and the LC parallel circuit in data receiving circuit was used to suppress same-side data carrier crosstalk.By constructing a system model,the characteristics of power transfer and data transfer as well as system transfer interference were analyzed,and the influence law of system parameters on transmission characteristics was obtained.In order to improve the data transfer gain and reduce the crosstalk between forward and reverse data transfer,the layout of the coupling mechanism was optimized.Finally,the simultaneous wireless power and full-duplex data transfer platform with transfer power of 20 W was built,the experimental results show that the data full-duplex simultaneous transfer of 200 kbps forward data rate and 400 kbps reverse data rate is achieved while the power transfer is not affected.These results verify the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
