思政课数字化转型的价值意蕴、概念内涵及主要路径

摘要 推进教育数字化,是党的二十大的重大战略决策。思政课数字化转型是教育数字化转型的重要组成部分,是中国式现代化建设和网络强国、数字中国建设的必然要求,是思政课创新发展和青少年学生数字化生存发展的必然选择。思政课数字化转型是思政课全要素、全方位、全过程与人工智能、大数据等现代信息技术相互赋能、深度融合,形成新范式、新形态的过程。数字化转换升级是基础,深度融合、相互赋能是关键,提升师生数字素养与技能是核心,范式转换是标志,“变”与“不变”辩证统一是其基本特点。思政课数字化转型的主要路径是树立思政课数字化教学新理念,夯实思政课数字化教学新基座,转换思政课数字化教学新范式,提升师生数字素养与技能。 Promoting the digitization of education is a major strategic decision of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The digital transformation of ideological and political courses is an important component of the digital transformation of education,which steers the construction of Chinese modernization,cyberpower and digitales China,provides new impetus for the innovative development of ideological and political courses,and lays a new foundation for the digital survival and development of young students.The digital transformation of ideological and political courses is a process in which all elements,all dimensions and the overall processes of ideological and political courses are mutually empowered and deeply integrated with modern information technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data to form the new paradigm.The digital transformation and upgrading present the foundation,deep integration and mutual empowerment present the key,improving the digital literacy and skills of teachers and students presents the core,paradigm transformation is the symbol,and the dialectical unity of“change”and“unchanging”presents its basic feature.The main paths in digital transformation of ideological and political courses is to establish the new concept of digital teaching,consolidate the new foundation for digital teaching,transform the digital teaching to the new paradigm,and improve the digital literacy and skills of teachers and students.
