数字孪生驱动的隧道工程全生命周期管理研究

摘要 针对隧道工程各阶段信息共享渠道不畅、业务应用相互脱节、全生命周期智能化水平不足等问题,依托数字孪生技术开展隧道空天地一体化勘察设计、智能建造精细化管控、数字化验收与养护关键技术研究与流程设计,构建涵盖感知层、数据层、应用层、展示层的勘察-设计-施工-运维一体化协同管理平台架构,辅以标准统一、数据流通、数据质量安全管理,形成全生命周期信息无损流转与互通共享体系,全面提升隧道工程智能化建造与运维水平。 In view of the problems such as poor information sharing channels at various stages of tunnel works,poorly coordinated business applications and insufficient intelligence level in the full life cycle,this paper carries out integrated space-air-ground survey and design for tunnels,fine control of intelligent building,and research on key technologies and process design of digital acceptance and maintenance based on digital twin technology.Therefore,a lossless circulation and sharing system of full life cycle information is established in an integrated collaborative management platform architecture of survey-design-construction-O&M with perception layer,data layer,application layer and display layer,and is supported by unified standards,data circulation and data quality safety management,thus comprehensively improving the intelligent building and O&M level of tunnel works.
