铁路客站智能化深化研究

摘要 客站是铁路面向旅客的一个重要服务窗口,为进一步提升客站智能化水平,促进旅客服务的精准便捷、客运生产的高效协同而开展深化研究。通过分析国内外智能客站发展现状,剖析客站在智能化应用方面的不足及存在问题。围绕旅客服务、生产组织、安全应急、绿色节能四大业务智能化需求,深化设计智能客站技术架构,优化统一接入平台、统一服务平台、统一监控与运维平台;深化业务应用方面,从旅客服务、生产组织、安全应急、绿色节能4方面研究旅客精准信息推送、站内外便捷换乘、计划一体化编制、多岗位协同互控、安全态势推演、设备精细化节能管控等相关技术。研究成果在京张高铁、郑州航空港等客站进行应用,有效提升客站旅客服务和生产管理智能化水平,推动智能客站高质量发展。 Passenger stations are an important service window for railway passengers.In-depth research is carried out to further improve the intelligent level of passenger stations,promote accurate and convenient passenger services and efficient coordination of passenger transport production.By analyzing the development status of intelligent passenger stations at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the shortcomings and existing problems in intelligent application of passenger stations.Focusing on the intelligent needs of passenger service,production organization,safety emergency and green energy saving,this paper deepens the design of the technical architecture of intelligent passenger stations and optimizes the unified access platform,unified service platform,and unified monitoring and O&M platform;in terms of deepening business application,this paper studies relevant technologies such as passenger accurate information push,convenient transfer inside and outside the station,integrative scheduling of plan,multi-post collaborative mutual control,security situation deduction,refined energy-saving management and control of equipment from passenger service,production organization,safety emergency and green energy saving.The research results have been applied in passenger stations such as Beijing-Zhangjiakou HSR and Zhengzhou Hangkonggang,effectively improving the intelligent level of passenger service and production management at passenger stations and promoting the high-quality development of intelligent passenger stations.
