铁路数字空间底座架构设计及关键技术

摘要 随着铁路建造、装备、运营等领域智能化建设的快速发展,推动新型测绘和工程设计技术在铁路领域的广泛应用,形成海量新型多维多模态铁路时空信息数据,而在智能高铁2.0中的模数一体化平台也提出基于统一的表征模型库,实现对铁路设计、施工、运营等不同阶段时空信息模型的统一管理和发布。为此,以智能铁路对时空信息数据深入需求为导向,基于中国国家铁路集团有限公司既有铁路地理信息平台,设计提出新一代高精度铁路时空信息服务平台总体架构及技术组成,构建形成铁路数字空间底座,攻克全空间数据融合、轻量化处理、服务共享发布等关键技术,赋能铁路时空信息智能化应用,也可为智能高铁2.0模数一体化平台中表征模型库搭建提供指导和借鉴。 With the rapid development of intelligent construction in railway works,equipment,operation and other fields,the wide application of new surveying and mapping and engineering design technologies in the railway field is promoted,and massive amounts of new multi-dimensional and multi-modal railway spatio-temporal information data are formed.The model-data integrated platform in Intelligent HSR 2.0 also proposes a unified representation model library to realize the unified management and release of spatio-temporal information models in different stages including railway design,construction and operation.To this end,guided by the in-depth demand of intelligent railways for spatio-temporal information data and based on the existing railway geographic information platform of China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper designs and proposes the overall architecture and technical composition of a new generation of high-precision railway spatio-temporal information service platform,builds a railway digital space base,makes breakthroughs in such key technologies as full-space data fusion,lightweight processing and service sharing and release.This study enables the intelligent application of railway spatio-temporal information,and also provides guidance and reference for the construction of representation model library in the intelligent HSR 2.0 model-data integrated platform.
