储能蓄能器状态对重载液压加载系统能量回收率的影响

摘要 降低重载液压加载过程引起的冲击作用并实现对能量损耗的有效控制,选择液压蓄能器建立储能系统,实现了重载液压缸始终保持高压缓冲腔的状态,完成高效回收能量的过程。同时采用AMESim仿真系统测试了回收能量的状态。结果显示,当蓄能器体积改变后,依然获得了基本一致的系统加载效果,并且能量回收率也差异不大。可以利用调节蓄能器压力方式来获得所需的变量泵排量,确保系统达到最优加载性能并实现能量回收效率的提升。该研究有助于提高设备重载下运行稳定性,为后续的工艺优化奠定一定的理论基础。 In order to reduce the impact caused by heavy hydraulic braking process of forging press and realize the effective control of energy loss,a hydraulic accumulator was selected to establish an energy storage system,which realized the state of high pressure buffer chamber of heavy hydraulic cylinder and completed the process of efficient energy recovery.At the same time,the AMESim simulation system is used to test the state of energy recovery.The results show that when the volume of the accumulator is changed,the braking effect of the system is still basically the same,and the energy recovery rate is not different.The desired variable pump displacement can be obtained by adjusting the accumulator pressure to ensure optimal braking performance and increase energy recovery efficiency.The research is helpful to improve the stability of the forging press under heavy load and lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent process optimization.
