摘要
模架是粉末精密成形压机的核心部件,模架动态特性是决定压机工作性能的重要因素,在压制过程中模架的异常振动将对压制成形质量及设备造成直接损害。本文将有限元分析方法引入精密成形压机的设计优化过程,采用结构有限元分析软件MSC.Nastran,应用其动力学分析功能———模态分析功能,结合前后处理软件MSC.Patran,对模架设计方案进行模态分析,比较其动态特性与设计合理性,在分析结果的基础上实现了结构优化设计。
Tool set is the important parts of powder exact forming press.The dynamic character of tool set is the key to decide the working performance of press.The abnormal vibration of tool set will directly damage the forming quality and equipment in pressing course.This paper introduces FEM into the optimization design of exact forming press.The FEM soft MSC.Nastran is used by its modal analysis function on dynamics.Combining with the supporting soft MSC.Patran,the modal analysis is applied to the design of tool set.The dynamic character and design rationality are comparing analyzed,and the structural optimization is achieved based on the analysis result.
