摘要
随着科技的发展,机器人因其装卸精度高、免维护、可连续不间断工作等特点在工业生产中得到快速普及应用。本文针对多工位机床上料控制系统的硬件、软件实现进行简要介绍,并对某些功能实现进行了改进优化。
The processing industry uses manual loading and unloading of machine tools,which poses high risks,high labor intensity,and low efficiency.At present,robots have developed rapidly in industrial applications,with characteristics such as high loading and unloading accuracy,maintenance free,and continuous operation.This article provides a brief introduction to the hardware and software implementation of the multi station machine tool feeding control system,and optimizes and implements some targeted functions.
