QAl 10-4-4合金热变形行为及热加工图

摘要 采用Gleeble-3500热模拟机,对QAl 10-4-4合金在变形温度为750~900℃,应变速率为0.01~10s^(-1)条件下进行等温热压缩变形实验。结果表明:在试验范围内,合金的流变应力随应变速率的增大而增大,随应变温度的升高而降低。用Zener-Hollomon参数对QAl 10-4-4合金高温流变应力行为进行描述,建立了本构方程,其形变激活能Q为368.685kJ/mol。构建热加工图,得到QAl10-4-4合金较优热加工工艺:860~900℃,应变速率0.01~0.2s^(-1)。 The isothermal compression deformation test of QAl 10-4-4 alloy was carried out by using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator under the conditions of deformation temperature of 750~900℃ and strain rate of 0.01~10s^(-1).The results show that the rheological stress of the alloy increases with the increase of strain rate and decreases with the increase of strain temperature within the test range.The high-temperature rheological stress behavior of QAl 10-4-4 alloy was described by Zener-Hollomon parameters,and the constitutive equation was established,and the deformation activation energy Q was 368.685 kJ/mol.The thermal processing diagram was constructed,and the optimal thermal working technology of QAl10-4-4 alloy was obtained:860~900℃,and the strain rate was 0.01~0.2s^(-1).
