基于移动床-生物滤池的农村生活污水处理设备性能研究

摘要 本研究采用太阳能供电驱动设备,结合移动床生物膜和生物滤池两大主体工艺的优势,构建了一种新型农村生活污水一体化处理设备;并通过室内模拟实验,研究了该设备对农村生活污水去除效果及对水质变化的适应性。研究结果表明,该装置对农村间歇性排放的生活污水具有较好的处理效果,处理低浓度生活污水时,出水化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)浓度均可满足山东省《农村生活污水处理处置设施水污染物排放标准》(DB 37/3693—2019)的一级标准;处理高浓度生活污水时对COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为90.29%、87.25%、43.21%、41.81%,设备处理效率高且对浓度变化有良好的缓冲。综合分析可知,该设备对居住分散且不易铺设管网的农村地区污水治理具有较大的应用价值。 A new integrated treatment equipment of rural domestic sewage is constructed using solar power-driven equipment and combining the advantages of moving bed biofilm and biological filter,the performance and adaptability of the equipment to treat rural domestic sewage were both investigated by using indoor simulation experiments.The results showed the integrated treatment equipment exhibits a good performance for treating the interstitial discharged rural domestic sewage.The concentrations of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP in the effluent of low concentration domestic sewage can all meet the first-level standards in the Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment and Disposal Facilities(DB 37/3693—2019)of Shandong Province.In the experiment of high concentration domestic sewage,the average removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP were 90.29%,87.25%,43.21%and 41.81%,respectively.The equipment has high processing efficiency,together with a high buffering capacity for water quality variety.In sum,the proposed equipment has great potential application for sewage treatment in rural areas where people live scattered and it is not easy to lay pipe network.
