热固性碳纤维复合材料回收技术研究进展

摘要 对树脂基碳纤维增强复合材料(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer,CFRP)的回收技术进行了总结,比较了不同回收策略的经济性、环保性与降解机理,说明了温和化学回收法的发展潜力以及由此发展起来的绿色循环闭路工艺的新趋势。在对比不同CFRP回收技术优缺点的基础上,展望未来CFRP回收技术在碳纤维高性能维持、结构完整性保持及实现碳纤维闭环回收等问题上仍值得关注;同时,设计新型树脂基材料也是解决当前CFRP循环回收难题的重要思路。 Firstly,the existing resin-based carbon fiber reinforced composite(CFRP)recycling technologies were summarized.Then,the economical efficiency,environmental protection and degradation mechanism of different recycling strategies were compared.Thereby,the development potential of mild chemical recycling and the new trend of green closed-loop recycling technology developed from it were analyzed.Furthermore,based on the comparison of advantages and disadvantages of different CFRP recycling technologies,the future CFRP recycling technology development on the maintenance of high performance and structural integrity of carbon fiber and closed-loop recycling were prospected.Meanwhile,it is expected that designing new resinbased materials is also an important approach to solve the current CFRP recycling problems.
