Thought on the Development Status of Construction Industry Internet under Background of Intelligent Construction

建筑产业互联网是智能建造与新型建筑工业化协同发展的“神经网络”,是互联网与建筑业融合发展的重要载体,是建筑业发展数字经济的主战场。工业制造领域通过数字化转型,已率先实现产业链和价值链的重塑。为加快推进建筑产业互联网发展,建议在深入学习借鉴我国工业互联网经验做法的基础上,加大基础研究投入力度,加速全要素数字化转型,推动建筑工业化升级,高标准建立标准体系,加快建筑产业互联网示范推广,以数字化驱动建筑业市场主体转型和发展方式变革。

Construction Industry Internet is the“neural network”for the coordinated development of intelligent construction and new building industrialization,the important carrier for the integrated development of Internet and building industry and the main venue for development of digital economy in the building industry.By means of digital transformation,industrial manufacturing field has taken the lead in reshaping industrial chain and value chain.For quickening the development of construction industry Internet,it is proposed that on the basis of in-depth learning and referencing the experience and practice of China in industrial Internet,the investment on basic research shall be increased,the digital transformation of all elements shall be accelerated,the upgrading of building industrialization shall be promoted,a standard system shall be established with high standards,and demonstrative popularization of construction industry Internet shall be expedited,so as to drive transforming the main body of construction industry market and reform of the development mode by digitalization.
