How to Develop a New Rural Collective Economy Oriented by Inclusiveness:Taking D Village in Dandong City as an Example

普惠性是发展农村集体经济的价值导向。普惠性要基于对应的时间路径和空间路径而产生,村庄的发展阶段和区位特征是普惠性的重要决定因素,丹东市D村两处集体经济的差异印证了这一观点。进一步分析可发现,提高集体经济普惠性要集中生产要素、正确处理集体与个体的关系,并根据人口规模,制定科学的阶段发展规划,从而增强各主体之间的融合。

Inclusiveness is the value orientation of developing rural collective economy.Inclusiveness is based on the corresponding time path and spatial path.The development stage and location characteristics of villages are important determinants of inclusiveness.The difference between the two collective economies in the D village of Dandong City confirms this view.Further analysis shows that to improve the inclusiveness of the collective economy,it is necessary to focus on production factors,correctly handle the relationship between the collective and the individual,and formulate a scientific stage development plan according to the population size,so as to strengthen the integration of villages,enterprises and farmers as well as village and farmers.
