党的二十大报告对“教育、科技、人才”三位一体协同发展的新论述是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑,三者紧密连接且相辅相成,助推以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。在中国式现代化进程中,实现三位一体化目标要坚持理论引导,完善政策体系,优化发展布局,发挥教育的基础性作用、科技的动力性作用以及人才的主体性作用,从而实现推动高质量发展、增进人民福祉、开创人类文明新形态的目标。

The new discussion on the three-in-one coordinated development of“education,science and technology,and human resources”in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is the basic and strategic support for the comprehensive construction of socialist modernization.The three are closely connected and complement each other,and together constitute a strong joint force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the process of Chinese-style modernization,in order to promote the three-in-one high-quality development of“education,science and technology,and human resources”,we must adhere to theoretical guidance,improve the policy system,optimize the development layout,give full play to the basic role of education,the dynamic role of science and technology,and the subjective role of human resources,so as to achieve the goal of improving people’s well-being and creating a new form of human civilization.
